Every course will be born with a reason: the obligation or the business number it serves, with the baseline frozen the day it ships. Sixty days later the report writes itself, in your name, in your language, with a first page a CFO can read in ninety seconds.

The executive never logs in. The report reaches them as a PDF with your logo on it, and one honest line about what it can and cannot say.
In Q3, 412 people completed 9 programmes. 287 are now verified to standard. One number moved: first-contact resolution rose from 61% to 68% against a target of 70%, in the trained group and not in the untrained one.
