Telecom

Every course your telco owes the frontline, in the language they speak.

Retail onboarding, tariffs and products, customer service, data protection. Built from the documents you already have, approved by your people, delivered into the LMS you already run.

The courses you owe

Six courses most telcos owe the business right now.

01
Retail store onboardingNew starters every month, the same course, ready before they arrive.
02
Product and tariff knowledgeIt changes every quarter. The training rarely keeps up.
03
Customer service standardsThe frontline is the brand. One standard, every branch, every language.
04
Personal data protectionSubscriber data is regulated, and the fine is real.
05
Sales compliance and fair treatmentWhat a salesperson may and may not say, on record.
06
Network and field safetyFor technicians and contractors, in their language, before they climb.

How it gets built

From your product guides to a course your operations team signed off.

  1. Connect the product guides, procedures and policies you already hold. Read-only, nothing written back.
  2. Re-skill builds the curriculum, lessons, narrated video, quizzes and slides, in the language your staff read.
  3. An internal reviewer flags anything unsupported by your documents. A named person on your team approves, and the approval carries their name and the date. Then it exports as SCORM into your LMS.

Languages

Arabic, Russian, English, Tajik.

Written and narrated in the language, not translated after the fact. Right-to-left layout that holds across slides, quizzes and on-screen text. Other languages on request.

Your LMS

Keep the one you have.

SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or xAPI into iSpring, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Totara. Your enrolments and completion records stay where the auditor expects them.

Questions

Yes. Every screen is reviewed and approved by a named person on your side before anything reaches a learner, and edits stay inside the course.

Connections to your sources are read-only. Cloud by default; VPC and on-premise are available on Enterprise for large organisations whose security review requires it.

A course can be built in under an hour. The honest answer for the first one is that it depends on how quickly your reviewers turn it around.

Bring one product guide. Leave with the course your frontline needed last quarter.

Thirty minutes, your own document, in the language your stores speak, approved by your reviewer on the call. Then decide.
