Enterprise

Forty courses to one standard, and a security review that passes.

For banks, telcos and government groups where training has to be defended: to an auditor, to a security team, to finance. Cloud by default, VPC or on-premise on request. A named approval on every screen. A bill you can read before you build.

What an enterprise is actually buying

Three things a single seat of any authoring tool cannot give you.

Consistency across teams

Your brand, vocabulary and rules are confirmed once in an organisation profile and applied to every course, by every team, in every language. The retail onboarding in Riyadh and the AML refresher in Dubai look like they came from the same company.

Accountability an auditor can read

An internal check flags anything your documents do not support. A named person on your side approves every screen, and the approval carries their name and the date. The completion record lands in the LMS you already run.

A cost finance can forecast

One annual credit pool sized to your organisation, allocated per team with reporting. One published rate card. Alerts at 70, 90 and 100 percent. Never a hard stop, never a charge per learner.

Security and deployment

Clear it without a special build.

Most reviews clear on the cloud deployment with read-only connectors and named approval. Where your policy requires it, Enterprise can run inside your perimeter.

  • DeploymentCloud by default on every plan. VPC or on-premise deployment is available on request on the Enterprise plan for organisations whose security review requires it.
  • Your sourcesConnections to Notion, Confluence and your document stores are read-only at the permission level. Nothing is written back to your systems.
  • Who can see whatAn organisation admin sets who authors, who reviews and who approves. Every approval is stored with who gave it and when.
  • The review itselfWe complete your security questionnaire, join the review call with your IT team, and provide documentation on request before you commit.

Credit governance

You know the cost before you build, not after.

Every AI authoring tool now meters by credits. The question your finance team will ask is whether that bill can surprise you. On Re-skill it cannot.

  • One rate cardVideo 100 credits a minute. An article, quiz or flashcard 10. An image 7. A slide 2. Preview 0. The same on every plan, published on the pricing page.
  • One annual poolSized to your organisation at signature, allocated per team, with reporting your admin can read without asking us.
  • Warnings, not wallsAlerts at 70, 90 and 100 percent. At 100 percent a team borrows up to 25 percent of the next period free, then your admin adds a pack in one click. Nothing stops mid-build.
  • Never per learnerEnrol the whole bank. Hosted delivery and unlimited learners are included. Failed generations return their credits.

The compliance argument

The auditor needs an object. A conversation is not one.

In a regulated organisation, training exists because someone will one day ask for evidence that a named person was trained on a named thing by a named date. Re-skill produces that evidence as a by-product of building the course: the source every claim came from, the reviewer's findings, the approval with a name and a date, and the completion record in your LMS. Nothing has to be reconstructed later.

Your LMS, your languages

Keep the LMS you own.

SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or xAPI into iSpring, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Oracle or Totara. Enterprise adds a full learning record store with a REST API. No migration, no second system for IT to review.

Arabic that was never English.

Written and narrated in Arabic from your source, with right-to-left layout that holds and a register your reviewers accept. Russian and English the same way. Other languages on request, confirmed before you commit.

Questions

Yes. Most organisations start on Free with one document, move to Team for one department, and sign Enterprise when a second team or a security review arrives. Nothing built on the way is lost.

On request, on the Enterprise plan. Cloud is the default and clears most reviews. If your policy requires VPC or on-premise, we scope it with your IT team during the review.

You do. It is built from your documents, in your words, approved by your people, and it leaves as a standard package you can open in any compliant LMS.

For one course, they could. Across an organisation you get forty voices, no check against the source, no approval on record, and no completion record anywhere. Re-skill holds the standard once and every team inherits it.

Your questionnaire, our documentation, and a call with your IT team. Where a deployment decision follows, it is scoped before signature so nothing is discovered after.

Bring one policy and your security reviewer.

Thirty minutes. We build a module from your own document, in your language, and answer the review questions in the same call. Then decide.
